The following provides useful tips to help you with parking, entering the building, and using the secure drop box.
Parking
Street parking options are available near the entrance on E Water St, and our parking deck entrances are on 10th St and E Market St.

Regular Business Hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.):
Once you have arrived at the gate, push the call button on the larger black box.
This will call the building concierge; let them know you are here to visit Hantzmon Wiebel.
The building concierge will then buzz you into the gate.
Outside Regular Business Hours:
We recommend using street parking outside of regular business hours.
If you choose to use the parking decks, use your cell phone to call the direct line of the team member you are meeting. The team member will come out to the gate to open it for you and walk you into the building.
If you cannot reach the team member for any reason, you can push the call button and speak with the security guard on duty to enter.
Entering the Building
Regular Business Hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.):
Push the call button on the larger black box.
The building concierge will then buzz you into the building.
Once you have entered the building, the building concierge will escort you to the elevators to get to our suite on the third floor.
Outside of Regular Business Hours:
Use your cell phone to call the direct line of the team member you are meeting. The team member will come down to let you in the building and bring you to our office suite.
Using the Secure Dropbox
You can park in one of the regular street parking spaces on E Water St, or (for drop offs only) you can park in the loading zone in front of the 701 E Water St entrance.
To the right of the double doors facing 701 E Water St., you will see a large, tan-colored bin, with our name on it under the building call box.
Deposit your items in the secure bin, ensure to close the bin completely.
Please do not leave any packages for Hantzmon Wiebel with the building concierge or the security guard on duty.
