Jennifer is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Hantzmon Wiebel, bringing over 30 years of accounting and advisory expertise to the firm. A proud alumna of James Madison University, where she earned her BBA in Accounting, Jennifer joined Hantzmon Wiebel in 1997 and worked her way —from Audit Partner and COO to CEO in October 2017. She launched her career earlier at Blackwell Engineering, PLC, where she honed her administrative and operational skills. At Hantzmon Wiebel, Jennifer co-led the employee benefit plan audit practice before passing the practice along to the next generation of leaders in 2025. She now focuses on high-net-worth individuals, private foundations and trust and estates. Under her leadership, Hantzmon Wiebel has benefited from her commitment to innovation, flexible work culture, and growth-oriented strategies—a vision recognized in her 2025 Virginia Business Women in Leadership award.
Jennifer is dedicated to ensuring the firm reaches its full potential by keeping up with the latest and most innovative strategies for improving operational efficiency. She is also deeply passionate about community engagement. Jennifer also enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family, and her silver Labrador retriever, Paxton.
