Matt joined Hantzmon Wiebel as an intern in 2005 and has been with the firm since 2007. Matt leads the firm’s Outsourced Accounting practice. He works closely with business owners, executives, and nonprofit leaders to design scalable accounting operations, strengthen financial reporting, and deliver actionable financial insight.

Matt focuses on building modern accounting teams, improving month-end close and internal controls, and leveraging technology to turn financial data into decision-ready information. His work spans outsourced accounting, financial planning and analysis, and CFO-level advisory services.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, hiking in Shenandoah National Park, and attending live music events with his wife.
