Montana joined Hantzmon Wiebel in 2022. As Operations Manager, he plays a pivotal role in coordinating executive level communications and internal operations, ensuring productive day-to-day functionality. With focuses on precision, discretion, and cross-functional collaboration between Marketing and Human Resources, Montana champions efforts in process improvement, software integration, and administrative staff support. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing volleyball, attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
