We are located at 701 E Water St, Ste 300, Charlottesville.

The following provides useful tips to help you with parking, entering the office, and using the secure dropbox.

Parking

Street parking options are available near the entrance on E Water St, and our parking deck entrances are on 10th St and E Market St.

E. Market Street Entrance

10th Street Entrance

Regular Business Hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.):

  • Use arrows on the gate call box to scroll to “Hantzmon Wiebel Enter Code: 002.”

  • Push the call button and let the receptionist know you have arrived.

  • The receptionist will buzz you into the gate.

Outside Regular Business Hours:

  • We recommend using the street parking outside of regular business hours. 

  • If you choose to use the parking decks, use your cell phone to call the direct line of the team member you are meeting. The team member will come out to the gate to open it for you and walk you into the building.

  • If you cannot reach the team member for any reason, you can use the call box to scroll to “Reception Enter Code: 001,” push the call button, and speak with the concierge.

Entering the Building

Regular Business Hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.): 

  • Use arrows on the building door call box to scroll to “Hantzmon Wiebel Enter Code: 002,” push the call button, and let our receptionist know you have arrived. Our receptionist will buzz you into the building. 

  • Alternatively, you can use arrows on the building door call box to scroll to “Reception Enter Code: 001,” push the call button, and let the building concierge know you are here to visit Hantzmon Wiebel. He or she will buzz you into the building. 

  • Once you have entered the building, use the elevators or stairs to get to our suite on the third floor. 

Outside of Regular Business Hours:

  • Use your cell phone to call the direct line of the team member you are meeting. The team member will come down to let you in the building and bring you to our office suite.

Using the Secure Dropbox 

  • You can park in one of the regular street parking spaces on E Water St, or (for drop offs only) you can park in the loading zone in front of the 701 E Water St entrance.

  • Look to the right of the double doors facing 701 E Water St. You will see a large tan-colored bin with our name on it near the building call box.

  • Deposit your secure items in the bin, making sure to close the bin completely.

  • Please do not leave any packages for Hantzmon Wiebel with the building concierge.
